Our reception is not staffed at all times. To ensure a smooth and flexible arrival, we offer a contactless online check-in. You’ll receive the access code to the key safe with your room key before your arrival – so you can start your stay independently and stress-free.

How to reach us

By car

Motorway exit Bolzano South → MeBo expressway towards Merano → Exit Lana-Burgstall.
From there, it’s just a 5-minute drive to the Jardis. Free parking is available directly at the hotel.

By train

Your destination station is Lana-Burgstall, just 3.5 km from the hotel. We’ll be happy to pick you up free of charge.

If you arrive via Bolzano or Merano, we can arrange a shuttle for you (for a fee).

By plane

Direct flights to Bolzano are available from Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, or Hanover – with SkyAlps.
On request, your host Joachim will be happy to pick you up personally from the airport. That’s how a stress-free holiday begins.
