Our delicious breakfast awaits you every morning from 7.30 a.m. until 10 a.m. In good weather, you can enjoy the cosy morning ritual outside in our garden.

Cancellations, early departure

Cancellations are always unpleasant – for you and for us. Therefore, our request: Please inform us in good time if you have to cancel your holiday and please understand that we will charge cancellations of your booked arrangement as follows:

  • There are no cancellation fees for cancellations up to 60 days before arrival.
  • For cancellations between 60 days and 14 days prior to arrival, you will be charged 3 days.
  • In case of cancellation within the last 14 days before the start of the trip or in case of early departure, 80% of the booked stay will be charged.

These conditions apply regardless of whether we sublet the cancelled rooms in whole or in part.


The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 7 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. Please vacate your room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.


Please note that we are not a special family hotel and therefore we only work with reduced family offers.

Food intolerances

In order to fulfil all your wishes, we ask you to inform us in advance about any food intolerances.


We are a non-smoking hotel. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only allowed outside.

Payment of the hotel bill

Pay your hotel bill with EC card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and avoid additional charges. If you pay for your stay in cash (euro), you will receive a 1.5% discount on the room rate from seven nights onwards. In the event of late payment, the hotel is entitled to charge interest at a rate of 8% above the base rate per year, or 5% above the base rate per year for consumers. The hotel reserves the right to assert further claims for damages caused by default.

Price list/Reservation

Our room rates are per person and night and include our delicious breakfast buffet. The reservation is binding when a written confirmation by email or letter from the guest has been received and confirmed the hotel. We will be happy to consider your personal room requests and confirm your desired room category. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you a specific room number.


We ask for your understanding that you can book certain room categories, but not fixed room numbers and floors. All our rooms and suites are individually furnished and differ in layout and furnishings. The pictures of the rooms and suites may differ from the original.

Shuttle service

It’s our pleasure to pick you up for free from the train station in Lana-Burgstall (3.5km away). For the pick-up at the train station in Bolzano or Meran, we will gladly organise a shuttle for an additional charge.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

In order to avoid possible cancellation costs in the event of cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Especially for seniors and families with small children, where appointments or doctor's visits cannot be postponed, we recommend such an insurance.
