We happily provide city bikes free of charge. Mountain bikes and e-bikes can be rented at our partner Lana Bike.
Our delicious breakfast awaits you every morning from 7.30 a.m. until 10 a.m. When the weather is good, you can enjoy the cosy morning ritual outdoors in our garden.
Cancellations are always unpleasant – for you and for us. Therefore, our request: Please inform us in good time if you need to cancel your booking and please understand that we will charge cancellations fees as follows:

For cancellations within 30 to 15 days before the planned date of arrival, the down payment of 30% can be transformed into a voucher.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of an early departure, late arrival, or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount for the missing days. In case of an early departure, late arrival, or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount for the missing days.
These conditions apply regardless of whether we sublet the cancelled rooms in whole or in part.

For bookings via booking.com, the cancellation policy of booking.com applies.

Cancellation because of Covid-19: A cancellation free of charge must be announced at least 2 days before the day of arrival. Reasons for cancellation free of charge or rebooking are the following: border closure, official travel warning of your country of origin, or someone positive to Covid-19 in your household (only with a medical certificate).
The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 7 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. Please vacate your room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
As we are an adults-only-hotel, no children are allowed. We are happy to welcome teens older than 16.
You can pay your deposit fast and easily by bank transfer or credit card via the online payment tool.
We love dogs! But we would like to guarantee hygienically perfect rooms and therefore we have to ask you to leave your four-legged friends at home.
We will gladly organise a beautiful bouquet of flowers for you. Simply send your wishes by e-mail to info@jardis.it.
In order to fulfil all your wishes, we ask you to inform us in advance about any food intolerances.

For reasons of sustainability, the minibars in our hotel rooms are not active around the clock. Nonetheless, if you wish so, we are happy to fill your minibar for you. Alternatively, our honesty bar is at your disposal. Here you can serve yourself refreshing drinks. And water is always taken care of - at the honesty bar, you can find refillable metal bottles, which can be refilled free of charge with the Grander water available in the whole hotel.
We are a non-smoking hotel. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed only outside.
Pay your hotel bill with EC card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). We also accept cash.
Our room rates are per person and night and include our delicious breakfast buffet.

Important information: For a stay of at least 7 days, the price per day drops and our reduced weekly rate will be applied. For this reason, it’s worth staying at least a week.

The reservation is binding when a written confirmation by email or letter has been sent by the guest and confirmed by the hotel and the deposit has been paid. We will be happy to consider your personal room requests and confirm your desired room category. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific room number.
We ask for your understanding that you can book certain room categories, but no fixed room numbers and floors. All our rooms and suites are individually furnished and differ in layout and furnishings. The pictures of the rooms and suites may differ from the original.
It’s our pleasure to pick you up for free from the train station in Lana-Burgstall (3.5km away). For pick-up at the train station in Bolzano or Meran, we will gladly organise a shuttle for an additional charge.
